Sherille Raymond recently left a 21-year career in Digital Payments at Chase bank to help run her family-owned business focusing on the import, export and manufacturing of Caribbean products. With a B.A. in English and African-American and American Studies from Princeton University and an M.A. in Journalism and Latin-American & Caribbean Studies from New York University, Sherille has been a lifelong reader. She believes that all children should have the opportunity to develop a love for reading and has supported numerous volunteer efforts tutoring elementary school-aged children in the North Jersey area.Sherille has worked with the GrassROOTS Community Foundation for the past decade, encouraging young girls to become leaders in their local communities. She is the Director of their SuperGirls Leadership Academy and, most recently, helped to launch their first Banned Book Club in an effort to bring greater awareness to this pervasive issue. Sherille has also served on the Board for the Princeton Women of Northern New Jersey for the past three years. She lives in NJ with her husband and two children.
