Noche de Cuentos with Reforma National
Noche de Cuentos was a spectacular night of storytelling celebrating Latinx heritage. The Jane Addams Peace Association was proud to co-sponsor an event filled with joyful performances, book signings, and community.

Pura Belpré Awards
The Pura Bepré award is given out annually to a Latinx author and illustrator “whose work portrays, affirms, and celebrates the Latino cultural experience in an outstanding work of literature for children and youth.”

The 55th Annual Coretta Scott King Awards Breakfast
Coretta Scott King Awards are given out annually to African American authors and illustrators who contribute to “the artistic expression of the African American experience via literature and the graphic arts, including biographical, historical, and social history treatments.”
